About Denise Klein

I worked for Dr. Michael David (podiatry) for 10.5 years I then went to Metro Health Residency Program and worked there for 10.5 years From there I was hired in at Spectrum Health. I worked one year at Campustowne FP in Allendale. I transferred to SHMG Kentwood Family Medicine with Dr, Walsh for one year. I then helped start the SH Family Medicine Residency Center downtown and worked there 4 years. From there I went to Maternal Fetal Medicine for one year I worked for SHMG Allergy/Immunology and Rheumatology. LOVED Dr. Gonzalez (who retired July 2019) and Dr. Peter Zadvinskis. I HATED driving the east beltline every day. I almost got hit 3-5 times a wk I worked at Blodgett Employee Health Services where I loved doing health assessments for all new employees. I enjoyed welcoming new employees and giving them the best first impression of Spectrum Health. The department dissolved into Occupational Health. I am currently working for Spectrum Health OnDemand Virtual Health, and have been for the past 11 months. I have worked mostly from home. It has been an amazing transition and it is exciting to do virtual health. It was wonderful to be on-board way before the Covid Pandemic and knowledgeable about Virtual Health before so many practices were forced to do so. I enjoy trouble shooting and working with many different providers and patients on a daily basis. I work with both OnDemand and Primary Care.
