About Denise Lents

My mission as a health coach and yoga instructor is to help my clients achieve not only their health goals, but to help them reduce stress, exercise more and to live a happy life. I believe that the majority of illnesses are caused by what we put in our mouths. By identifying a person's bio-individuality and creating a more sustainable diet based on nutrient dense whole foods it is possible to live a healthier, longer and more energetic life. I also help yoga clients of all ages reverse the effects of aging by decreasing stress levels, becoming more flexible, and having better posture. It is incredible to feel that sense of empowerment that is created when stepping onto the mat. As a personal trainer, my clients benefit from interval training and have access to TRX training, body bar workouts, resistance bands, free weights, medicine ball and kettle ball training, as well as plyometrics and Vinyasa yoga. Workouts are designed to fit the needs of each individual. I previously worked as a Senior flight attendant for America’s largest charter airline and am currently seeking contract work as a corporate flight attendant. I was the liaison between cabin crew and ground operations for overseas and domestic charter and scheduled flights. Documented all reports such as inventory and trip reports. Ensured the safety and comfort of passengers according to FAA regulations. Provided support, leadership, direction and assistance to crew members in accordance with government and company regulations. I am currently working for Allegiant Airlines and love being a part of the airline industry once again!
