Understanding business needs, adapting to change, and sourcing responsibly has contributed to saving money for my organization and growth in my current position. Identifying cost saving measures by communicating with business units and working with them to understand their needs to assist in procurement efforts. Advocating for improvements that streamline processes within procure to pay cycles for Goodwill San Antonio has given me the opportunity to show results that are data driven. Experienced in building strong vendor relations, cost benefit analysis, negotiation, analytical skills, and implementation of operational functions that improve execution, reduce costs and/or improve business practices. Currently studying for the Certified Professional in Supply Management certification through ISM.
