Areas of focus- Support institutional analytics and decision making through the maintenance and evolution of the university data- Promote and aid in the roll-out of standard practices for OS, software development, maintenance and operation, including agile, user-centered methods- Developing roadmaps and plans for evolving the functionality and technology of Systems Infrastructure within the unit while keeping with the strategic directions of IT and the University- Managing contracts, SLAs and relationships with vendors and/or campus stakeholders- Coordinating software and license purchases for use within IT System Infrastructure- Worked with the Systems Team member and Management to determine which products to use for Computer and Storage Infrastructure. development, maintenance and operation, based on cost benefit analysis and research.
