I have been fortunate in finding a career that I love and that makes me an invaluable contributor to any industry, company, or enterprise with which I am engaged. I have passion around about building relationships with stakeholders and technical personnel at all levels - from meeting the needs of team members working day to day with solutions to executives and steering committees focused on project level components such as scope, schedule, change management, and budget. As an experienced public speaker and meeting facilitator, I am able to foster cooperation and trust between all members of the project team overcoming varying communication styles and objectives. I believe that every stakeholder brings value and a unique perspective on how improve current processes and move forward into better ones, and every technical solution designer brings experience and insight to available processes and technologies. It is my job, and my passion, to bridge the communication gap between business and technical teams to elevate discussions and find solutions.
