I am an experienced leader who enjoys developing highly efficient and effective teams. I create cohesive teams that make a difference in their company by leading them through process improvements, coaching them through an evolving environment, and establishing a foundation of understanding and commitment to the company’s core strategic values through the success they achieve in their professional careers. I accomplish this by building core fundamental ties between staff’s objectives and company strategic goals and providing teams with the necessary tools to achieve them. Creating an environment where people feel they belong and are included is a core belief of mine both in how people see how they impact a business and how the business can flex to also serve their employees. I have over 10 years of managing, implementing, product delivery in healthcare insurance in the Individual market. I was an integral part of the Implementation of a new Payor system, and new business units to support overall company strategies and growth potential in the industry. I have worked closely with IT to identify process improvements in technology for production efficiencies and prioritized the technical roadmap for future enhancements, including providing final approval of technical QA and end user results. I have developed, implemented, and maintained both training and quality programs for frontline staff, working in conjunction with the Training and Quality teams for staff performance optimization. I have maintained Compliance obligations with State and Federal entities that govern the Individual Insurance market and been an integral participant in audits of the Enrollment and Billing systems of the company.
