An entrepreneurial spirit has defined Denise’s career from the beginning. She is a passionate problem solver and creator. Expert at leading innovative companies and organizations, Denise has successfully restructured and scaled global businesses — delivering growth, value, and profitability. As CEO, Denise built several US and international, innovative companies in a variety of industries, working collaboratively with key strategic partners and stakeholders — including investors, boards, management, government authorities, fiduciaries, and financial institutions. She is recognized for her vision and ability to assess and work within complex, demanding environments. Denise has served as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at AT & T worldwide. She was the first female Investment Banking Associate at Bear, Stearns and helped launch Coca-Cola as the first US consumer product introduced into China. Denise and her family owned a contemporary art gallery in New York representing leading international artists. Denise created several entrepreneurship initiatives with the Pentagon and The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for Veterans, Military, and Military Families. She has been a guest speaker on entrepreneurship and innovation at Columbia Business School and Wharton—the latter awarded her several research grants for her entrepreneurship projects. Denise is a member of Columbia Business School’s Think Bigger Innovation Hub, Women’s Circle, and Digital Future Initiative. Denise is a dual US-British citizen. A native New Yorker, she has lived in England, France and Brazil and is multilingual. Denise lives in New York City.
