About Denise Wolf

I’m Denise Wolf, I’ve been calling Canada home since 1996, when I immigrated from Brazil with my husband and our 2 yr old daughter. I have been working in banking for a total of 20 years, my initial 5 with RBC and 15 with ATB Financial, starting out as a CSR, being promoted to a PB2 within 3 months and moving from the branch into a Remote Underwriting position in 2011. Within a year I became a Sr Underwriting for the Mortgage Specialist and Brokers Underwriting Team, All these roles have assisted me grow as a connector and gave me the skills to mentor several new team members and have a passion for supporting their development into strong underwriters. Over the years by building relationships and mentorships and being a high achiever, I have received 536 Everyday hero recognitions from my peers and leaders for my expertise, I’ve won Quarterly Awards and in the 2022 the prestigious ATB Iron Roster Award, the first underwriter to receive this award with the Mortgage Underwriting Team. Outside of work, I volunteer at the Okotoks Food Bank and I love spending as much time with my family and my 2 dogs as possible.
