About Denisha Perez

My name is Denisha, and I’m currently a Certified Professional Scrum Master & Product Owner in the Project Management Office (PMO) of the world's sixth largest bank in terms of total assets and market capitalization. Much of my work over the last decade has involved strategic oversight of business transformation and innovation project within the financial services industry. Such experience has made me very much capable of expediting highly efficient Agile project management processes across all areas of business operations. With a professional background that has seen considerable success in building and managing a highly effective PMO within large enterprise organizations, I am confident that I have what it takes to ensure that continuous Improvement of PMO functions while ensuring that Agile values & principles are properly utilized in supporting the achievement of business objectives.
