Strategic management professional with 14 + years of extensive experience in contracts for major systems, research and development, engineering services, repair orders, and supply contracts. My background includes demonstrating analysis and risk management techniques to establish plans for contract performance and provide insight into contractor systems or procedures. I am a leader, trainer, and team builder with extensive operational and administration experience and outstanding management, analytical and technical understanding. A contracting officer since 2016, I have administered a variety of complex contracts (cost-plus, indefinite-delivery/quantity, fixed price, incentive, and long-term agreements) containing complex financial arrangements, including service invoices, progress payments, and performance-based payments, and foreign military sales (FMS). I served as the principal advisor to the DCMA Middle East commander (USAF O-6) for Contracting Administrative Services throughout the CMO Area of Responsibility in the Middle East. I lead a team of military personnel managing base operational support contracts and providing administrative contracting support for Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
