I have a MA in Business Administration and a BA in Finance. During my MBA studies, I specialized in Human Resources Management. I have been a Buyer for almost 4 years, allowing me to grow professionally and develop my managerial and leadership skills. I was in charge of purchasing multiple CAPEX projects and following up on progress until finalization. I negotiated prices using different tools like running auctions and negotiated contract agreements and suppliers ́ payment terms. Moreover, I also have experience managing MRP and developing new suppliers. Moreover, my on–the–job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including negotiation skills, problem-solving, communication, organization, social skills, critical thinking, empathy, and openness to experience. Highlights of my achievements include: • Established a “New way of working” project to enhance purchasing process. • Improved purchase requisition processing time by 1 week, streamlining the request review. • Improved relationship and communication between the engineering and procurement team to enhance the purchasing process. My studies and work experience have taught me Microsoft skills, SAP skills, and public speaking abilities. I am motivated to keep learning and share my knowledge with colleagues to achieve our professional goals and the organization´s overall objectives.
