30 years of combined experience as a Program and Construction, Project Manager and as a licensed Architect. • Senior Design Manager - Manages over 25 Critical Repair Projects ranging from $100k to $10M consisting of HVAC Replacement Retrofit, Underground Plumbing Pipe Replacement, Structural Repairs, Soil Remediation, Synthetic Turf Replacement, Ceiling Upgrades, Stair Replacement, Paving Replacement utilizing projects Low Impact Design and ADA upgrades and DSA Permit Management. • Construction Management - and construction contracts for capital projects including agency CM, design-build, multiple prime, and CM at Risk, involving phasing, logistics, subcontractor coordination, recovery schedule analysis, commissioning, move-in for community college, state university, and K-12 districts. • Facilities Management – managed energy retrofit and industrial manufacturing processing projects for Enron Facilities Services and Air Liquide (processed gases) that involved energy assessments, design-build scope development of controls, replacement of HVAC systems, and seismic retrofit projects. Working as an architect, managed relocation of facilities for Northrop B2 Facility (“H” occupancies), and Chevron Refinery El Segundo. • Architect - managed signature mixed-use projects for Koll Company, Irvine Company,and Nexus Development in Orange County. Specialty projects include the Sports Club Irvine, custom homes, condominium, apartments, retail centers, food courts and restaurants.
