About Dennis Bevans

Everyone deserves to go home feeling like they did something well, that mattered to the world. My passion is to help organizations determine where we want to go and then map out a plan to get the team working toward those goals. Visibility and transparency allow for collaboration and near term course correction as part of a lean journey to be better today than we were yesterday as we strive for collective improvement tomorrow. I have a uniquely blended background of Operations, Sales, and Accounting which has helped me see both the big picture and navigate the strategies on how to get there. Throughout my career I have improved revenues and profitability, increased production, reduced costs, and developed both individuals and teams by building a continuous improvement culture and fostering cooperation at every level of the business. I am an experienced communicator with a track record of solving problems, improving processes, and cultivating positive relationships. I am excited about my next venture as a key contributor to a growing organization where I can be part of the success story matching my experience and skillset to needs of the organization. I enjoy public speaking, teaching seminars, and training groups and have travelled personally and professionally to do so covering areas a diverse as "Learning to Read the Bible Effectively" and "Lean 101".
