With over fifteen years of experience in global banking and finance, I have developed expertise in product control and reporting, and using various methods and technologies to deliver solutions that resolve deficiencies in processes for global banking products. As a former VP Product Control Automation Specialist at HSBC and Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank, I have demonstrated leadership and management skills in overseeing teams, planning and executing change programs, and coordinating with senior stakeholders across regions and functions. I have also received multiple recognition awards for my contributions to continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and business continuity. I am currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Global Business Management at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where I aim to enhance my knowledge and skills in international markets, strategic management, and intercultural communication.
