About Dennis Cheong

With over 20 years various of experience in the sustainable protective packaging, engineering plastics and manufacturing industry, I am a seasoned leader and innovator with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions. As the Vice President of Southeast Asia and Board of Director at Nefab, a global provider of complete protective packaging solutions, I oversee the full P&L responsibility for six manufacturing plants with 300 employees. My mission is to initiate new investment, drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence in the region, while aligning with Nefab's vision of reducing total cost, environmental impact for our customers. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked and lived in different countries and cultures, and having a strong academic background with doctorate degree in business administration, master degree in manufacturing engineering, and certified six sigma black belt from General Electric (GE). In my current role, I have successfully led the integration and expansion of Nefab and Reflex Packaging in Southeast Asia, creating a synergistic and scalable platform for future growth. I have also established and maintained strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders, delivering high-quality and customized protective packaging solutions that meet their needs and expectations. Some of the skills that I have leveraged in my role include operations, cross-functional team leadership, business development, quality management, supply chain management, and design engineering. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
