I’m a Director in Consulting Services; accountable for client relationship, business development, team management, service delivery and operations (profit & loss). I hold a Master in General Management, 21 years of consulting experience and founded an occasional start-up. Last 8 years, focused on strategic consulting, closing large deals and building a professional team that delivers. I love to work for, or partner with, international/multi-cultural organizations. My team is based in NL, India and US (+50fte). I’m part of the NL management team. My entrepreneurial roots lets me see opportunities while others don’t. My auditors skillset helps me avoid delivery pains points. And my passion for talent development & IT innovation allows me - with great pleasure - coach a team of highly skilled consultants, partner with research institutes, and share my knowledge with clients. Since I believe in building a better future, by investing in education, I spent my free time in helping and training students, coaching them during their research assignments and advising school boards.#SharingIsCaring.
