I have spent my entire career in Manufacturing, having worked my way up from packaging associate to Chief Manufacturing Officer. I have worked predominately for Scotts Miracle-Gro and was critical in implementing plant expansion and improvements throughout my entire career. I absolutely enjoy the process of being challenged with new goals and frontiers which test my abilities to deliver. The internal customers that I have had the pleasure to work with, and for, over my career have shaped me into someone who constantly challenges and achieves objectives with efficiency and teamwork. I am blessed to have the opportunity to bring an emerging company, Florikan, into the forefront of the fertilizer manufacturing business. Together we are challenging the paradigm of huge institutions currently operating in the market and are focused on bringing the industry to new levels of environmental stewardship and enhanced efficiency fertilizers.Specialties: Manufacturing efficiencies, expansion, process.
