About Dennis Fehlinger

With more than 22 years of experience as a financial advisor with Edward Jones, I have been blessed to be an integral part of the lives of many families. My passion is creating a financial strategy that serves each client's best interests, based on what is most important to them, and being there for them throughout their lives, especially when times are tough and decision-making is difficult.I believe in a holistic approach that begins by understanding and clarifying your expectations and goals before you invest any money. I welcome the involvement of your CPA, attorney and other professionals to address the entire scope of your financial situation.My hometown is Brookville, IN, where I graduated high school in 1985. I then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, and graduated in 1989 when I was commissioned as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army. My first assignment was helicopter training at Fort Rucker, AL. After helicopter qualification, I served as an Army Aviation officer in Fort Carson, CO, and the Republic of Korea.After my military service, my family and I returned to the Cincinnati area, and I enjoyed a material handling sales position with Portman Equipment Company for seven years. I began my Edward Jones career in 2002 as a financial advisor in Cincinnati, OH, and became a limited partner in 2011.I'm very fortunate to have Traci Hurst as my senior branch office administrator. Traci and I have partnered since 2006 to provide our clients with exceptional service and we really enjoy the family feel that our office provides to all of our clients.My wife, Leslie, and I have four children: Megan, Trevor, Haidyn and Drew, and three dogs. We enjoy time away from the big city by going to our cabin in Indiana.
