Understanding the steps to complete a task or mission, with the ability to adjust as needed to produce a desirable outcome. 3.Program Evaluation. Taking a deep look into a program or department and provide feedback to improve processes and decision making to produce favorable outcomes. Focusing on development and realistic and measurable change. Management. Whether a small team or a team of teams, building managers and employees that are focused and accountable while maintaining motivation and morale.
