About Dennis Grindel

With incredible passion for service and leadership in the aging services field, I commit my knowledge and expertise to an organization which seeks to fulfill its mission serving the aging population with integrity, quality and compassion. I am a collaborative leader who enjoys identifying problems and then quickly focuses on solutions with a creative and fearless attitude. I believe leadership is about building relationships and service. Serving the senior population is something I approach with a serious commitment, knowing that humor and the ability to laugh at myself is of utmost importance in this work. I enjoy building/developing teams with a great deal of trust, always conscious of celebrating successes and acknowledging each person's contributions. I want each team member to always be able to answer the question "why am I here?" with clarity and conviction. I have Four Core Values: 1. Compassion. Residents and their best interests are my highest priority. Staff is always treated with respect and dignity. Integrity. I always make every effort to do the right thing for the right reason.and communicate those reasons. Excellence. I continue to develop myself to be the best I can be within my profession through education, training, reading and remaining open to innovations within the industry. Collaboration/Teamwork. I am aware that it usually takes a group of individuals to accomplish a task, achieve goals and attain success.
