As the Director of Finance and Administration at TSI Plastics since September 2022, I oversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, tax compliance, and contract management. I also manage the human resources, IT, and administrative functions of the company, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. I work closely with the senior management team and the board of directors to provide strategic guidance and support for business decisions and initiatives.
