I am a strategic and results-driven utility executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in electric, water, and wastewater operations. My career has been dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer service, and modernizing critical infrastructure to better serve communities. I lead with a focus on people, processes, and purpose—building resilient systems, empowering teams, and fostering strong community relationships. I have successfully implemented projects that increased system reliability, reduced outages, improved financial accountability, and enhanced safety. These efforts include leading major infrastructure modernization initiatives, creating internal checks and balances to improve operational oversight, and building a social media and public engagement presence to strengthen customer relationships. I also championed quarterly community service projects to give back to the neighborhoods we serve. Beyond my executive role, I have been honored to serve on several boards and advisory committees supporting public health, water systems, and economic development. My board service includes leadership roles focused on advancing healthcare access, promoting rural water system sustainability, and supporting community-focused economic initiatives.
