Engineering of new mills and existing grain systems from receiving, storage, reclaim, and milling. Feed processing to pelleting to flaking of cereal grains for feed. Automation of grain systems. Pneumatic conveying of by-products as well as processed grain products. I like to make a difference in my work everyday. By making a difference you can acieve goals. Goals must be acieved to better your current status. Once you have achieved those goals set the bar higher. Pretty soon you have achieved a well established agenda that everyone is proud to be a part of. When this is done people tend to take more ownership in their work and then become a team. Dennis
