About Dennis Mingyar

I work collaboratively with broad and diverse teams to attract new companies and facilitate expanded business operations within Ohio's Electric Cooperatives’ service territory. I help quickly connect site selection consultants and individual companies with the information and resources needed to make investment decisions for industrial, manufacturing, agricultural, energy, distribution, and commercial projects. As the economic development point of contact for OEC’s 25 electric cooperatives, I provide internal support for the Key Accounts program, assist in shaping the co-ops’ specific member-consumer programs, and develop for periodic key account training and semi-annual economic development training with nationally-known presenters for co-op leadership and key account reps. I develop and manage the economic development outreach and strategic marketing program to grow business investment and maintain dynamic relationships with elected officials, public officials, real estate developers and JobsOhio state and regional economic development organizations.
