Quality Analysis identifies variables and trends. My skills carry these traits and flow into the next phase where solutions and improvements thrive. Couple this with my programming skills (MCOSMOS/ Mitutoyo and Polyworks) of various types of CMM's, Omron Cobot, and the ability to master and innovate new and old technologies. This is what designates my skills at the engineering level. My education and experience make me an empathetic leader and my drive to rise from the shop floor upward helps me appreciate putting the team before myself. I am skilled in employee development using workplace morale and controlled processes to create structure and fulfillment. Internal networking and open communication empowers any workforce. I firmly believe that integrity is essential and should be promoted within any quality environment. Currently, I am actively occupied with my employer as I work to improve our business and product.
