About Dennis Parent

For the last 20 years, my purpose has been to serve this country with distinction and pride. Mission Accomplished! I have been on many adventures and challenged myself in ways that I could never have imagined. I will continue that in whatever I do. Like my work, I am driven by a challenge. I have spent the last 15 years taking people with completely different backgrounds/personalities and building cohesive solid teams, this type of challenge is what I find most rewarding. We have all seen bad leadership, and I strive to take that knowledge and do things that benefit both the employer and the employee. Throughout my military career, I have played a ton of different roles, everything from instructing to running operations meetings. Some of my specialties include quickly learning new skills, problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, storefront office management, personnel evaluations, marketing analysis, recruiting, computer networking, and too many more to name. Some of my qualifications include but are not limited to- Six Sigma Green Belt certified (Working on my Black Belt now)- BS in Business Management - Master Leaders Course (Strategic level military leadership training)- Anti-Terrorism Officer Course - CompTIA Security + Certification 2014 (Expired)
