With over a decade of experience spanning corporate legal, secretarial, and accounting fields, Dennis has worked in top-tier firms like Rajah & Tann LLP and Liau & Co. before founding Legatcy. His diverse career includes time as VP of Product at a legal tech startup, where he gained firsthand insights into the unique compliance and investor relations challenges startups face. This experience inspired him to develop a client-centric approach at Legatcy, where he delivers tailored advisory solutions, focusing on governance and compliance in Singapore, Vietnam, and other emerging markets. Dennis has been a critical player in guiding over 400 startups through the complexities of accounting, tax, investor relations, and corporate compliance.
