I recently stepped into the role of Head of Supply Chain and Operations at Gravaa — an exciting opportunity to help shape a technical product from the inside out. It’s a hands-on, fast-moving environment where every decision matters, and I love being right at the heart of it. What motivates me most is building things that last: resilient supply chains, clear processes, strong teams. I enjoy the puzzle of translating complex product needs into practical, scalable solutions — and making sure operations support innovation rather than slow it down. Before joining Gravaa, I worked at ASML where I led logistical and operational efforts for EUV upgrades. It was a high-pressure, high-impact role — and I’m proud to have helped cut event costs by over a million euros through smarter operational design. That experience taught me how to align people across functions, countries, and cultures toward a common goal. My path hasn’t been straight — from customer service to a degree in Human Geography focused on Africa and development, and then into high-tech logistics — but each step has shaped how I approach challenges and lead teams today: with curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to keep improving.
