I am the managing director of DSN Forensic Accounting Services PLLC am am the Senior Advisor of PKF O’Connor Davies’ forensic accounting and litigation consulting practice. I provide litigation consulting, forensic accounting, expert witness and arbitration services. I am s certified public accountant, certified in financial services, and am on the panel of neutrals of the American Arbitration Association and CPR.I have worked on cases involving and both small and large companies with an emphasis on breach of contract or fiduciary duty, business interruption, purchase and sale agreement disputes, earn out disputes, lost profits, fraud and white collar crime. I assist in all phases of the litigation process, from pre-complaint through post-trial. I also have testimony experience in a variety of forums and have also been engaged on several occasions to assist arbitrators and special masters appointed by various courts. I have extensive experience in performing fraud investigations, economic damages and lost-profits calculations.I have significant experience in the area of alternative dispute resolution having served as an arbitrator and mediator on large complex commercial matters.I was an adjunct professor of accounting and economics and litigation consulting and forensic accounting services at the City University of New York and New York University’s School of Continuing Education and Professional Studies.
