About Dennis Saadeh

Dennis E. Saadeh was Harrow’s first Chief Scientific Officer in June 2023, after serving as Chief of Formulation Strategy since 2015. A pharmacist by education and training, he has 25 years of relevant drug development experience in a variety of settings. His responsibilities included oversight of Harrow’s Medical and Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and CMC/Supply Chain Management for FDA-approved products. Dr. Saadeh has been integrally involved in the development of the company’s portfolio of compounded formations, including in pre-formulation and formulation development for a multitude of sterile drug product candidates. Additionally, he contributes and collaborates with the Harrow intellectual property team, analytical development group, active pharmaceutical ingredient suppliers, and contract manufacturers to execute company initiatives. Before Harrow, from 1996 to 2015, Dr. Saadeh owned and operated a specialty pharmacy business focused on developing and dispensing customized compounded sterile and non-sterile preparations. Dr. Saadeh has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California and obtained his Fellowship at the American College of Apothecaries in 2005.
