In order to be successful, in this sometimes overwhelming world of technology, I focus on business goals, make my decisions based on facts/data, I learn and quickly adapt and build amazing teams with a customer first mind set. I have had the opportunity to work in different industries like Logistics, banking, Technology and HR recruiting and that has gave me a very broad experience. The last 10 years I have been leading multiple digital transformations and making a significant impact via transformational change is what I love most.
