About Dennis Vidal

Born in Brazil and currently residing in Chile, I have had a long and successful career in the hotel industry, specializing in operations management and investor relations. I am fluent in Portuguese and have advanced proficiency in English and Spanish. Currently, I hold the role of Franchise Operations Manager for Premium, Midscale, and Economic brands in various Spanish-speaking countries. In this role, I take responsibility for structuring and enhancing our support to franchised properties. My goal is to ensure a seamless integration process, along with adequate tracking and support for top-line performance and quality. I work hand in hand with the SMDL teams, leveraging the lessons learned from the Franchise team in Brazil. My career path in the Accor hotel chain has encompassed various roles, including General Manager and Operations Manager positions, as well as those in Openings, Quality, and Franchise Support in several hotels located in Latin America. In all these responsibilities, I have deployed my solid knowledge in hotel operations and have successfully managed more than 21 hotel openings. Moreover, I have handled investor relations and franchise management, all with the aim of maximizing efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.
