Dennis has been a tribal business and community leader for over 26 years since college at the University of Arizona. He is currently the Founder and CEO of One Tribe Unlimited, Inc, a well respected business & government relations consulting firm that specializes in helping tribal, private & corporate clients navigate the complexities of the business and political landscapes of tribal governments & businesses while also bridging the gap between to Native America & corporate America. He is also the Co-Founder of Rainmaker Media Group, a marketing, advertising & public relations company. Dennis is highly valued by clients for the energy he brings to the group and for being a conduit for action and change. He has built a national network of tribal, political & business leaders while becoming well known for his adept, diplomacy in inter-tribal affairs, and his gift for public speaking. He takes great pride in offering an innovative Native American perspective on media & public relations services that takes a culturally creative, campaign approach in providing clients with unparalleled service. In 2013, Dennis was nominated by the Great Plains Chairman’s Association to run for the Treasurer of the National Congress of American Indians (NCAI) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was elected by Tribal Leaders throughout Indian Country. Founded in 1944, NCAI is the oldest, largest, and most representative American Indian and Alaska Native organization that was created by tribal leaders to serve as an advocate for Tribal People. In 2014, Dennis Welsh received the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development prestigious “Native American 40 Under 40” award which recognizes 40 emerging American Indian leaders who have made significant contributions in both business and community. Dennis is a University of Arizona graduate with a degree in Sociology/Political Science with a minor in a American Indian Studies (Law & Policy). He has spent his life serving tribal people while also owning and managing successful businesses. His most proud achievement is his dedication to his tribe and his family. He is the proud father of four beautiful children, and his six nephews and nieces who he’s helped raise on his ranch with his fiancé Kimberly.
