Currently I am an ERS Supervisor at CAA from July 2022 to present. This position involves making sure the call center is running smoothly and the agents needs are addressed through the day. I was city dispatcher from July 2016-July 2022. This position involves multitasking, including taking calls as well as assigning them to drivers in the most efficient manner. This is a web based system used to dispatch in a quick manner. Before my current position, I worked at 24-7 Intouch (Call Center) from Nov 22 2009 to June 11 2015 for 5 years and previously completed 11 years customer service experience with Sherwood Cleaners from Jan 1998 to November 2009. For 5 years at 24-7 Intouch, I have done calls, chats and emails at the same time while balancing customer needs and placing orders through a variety of web based ordering systems as well as taking messages and dealing with customer concerns. I always do whatever I can to resolve customer issues and do everything possible to help them make a purchase they are happy with. I know all aspects of running a Sears depot and have in 3 different stores (2 simultaneously). I can process debit, cash, cheque and credit in a busy environment. I am a hard working, customer service focused individual. I take pride in myself being a valuable, reliable and productive employee who thrives and excels working in both team and individual roles. I have a very flexible work schedule and am used to working with little or no supervision.
