Now a Data Analyst with Navy Federal Credit Union in Pensacola, Florida. I possess strong Math and analytical skills applied to solving hard problems across many disciplines. Currently working on speech analytics with call center calls in order to improve customer members experiences by assisting call center employees have quick and easy access to necessary information to assist our valued members during the call. Categorical statistics, natural language processing, and trend analysis are the three primary skills for this position. Other skills that I have include scheduling optimization (was my thesis research), inventory management (my dissertation work), accuracy and reliability analysis especially applying logistic regression to aging issues, personnel analysis in right sizing organizations and understanding long term human capital trends, and, business cost analyst pricing new projects. My strength is solid statistical experience, especially in probability fitting and regression analysis. Recent award of a Data Science Essentials Certificate from Cornell University (April 2023) and Python for Data Science Certificate from Cornell University (Sep 2024). I also have done program management of DoD programs, advising senior managers of progress, capability, and new courses of action. Some nice awards along the way: Strategic Missile Crew Commander of the Year, Senior Air Force Civilian Analyst of the Year (Honorable Mention), Distinguished Graduate of the Air Force Institute of Technology, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Master's Degree with Distinction, Superior Achievement Award at USTRANSCOM, Team Member of the Month in 2023 & 2024 @ Navy Federal Credit Union.
