I have dedicated my life to improving the experiences of those around me, whether it be customers, colleagues, direct reports, friends, companions, and even strangers. Serving as a Customer Experience Professional with a demonstrated history of inspired leadership in real estate development for two decades, I have seen my fair share of ups and downs. Changes in the market and in consumer attitudes, along with the opportunity to work with some of the strongest leaders in the industry, have honed my customer service skills and sharpened by business acumen. I have developed strong skills in customer relationship management, communications, team development, personal growth, and problem resolution through the effective use of analysis and strategic thinking. I am particularly proud of the teams I have assembled and the people I have had the opportunity to lead. With a focus on skill development, mutual respect and diversity, and a collaborative approach to achieving high customer satisfaction in tandem with operational excellence, I have been fortunate to help shape some of the finest customer support teams anywhere. Helping people help themselves is a passion of mine and sits at the core of what I bring to my work every day.
