About Denny Oh

It is my professional goal to help as many people with their real estate needs as I can each and every year. The buying and selling process can be overwhelming. My job is to educate my clients about the market, provide accurate information and to negotiate on their behalf. I will explain the pros and cons of a situation so that my clients can make informed decisions and feel confident to move forward when the right opportunity comes along. Listening to client’s needs, identifying strong investment opportunities, determining value, and negotiating the best deal are some of the responsibilities that I perform each day to meet the desired goals for my clients. Working primarily in downtown San Diego and the coastal communities, I list and sell a wide variety of properties, including; single-family homes, condominiums, new construction, condo/hotel, short sales, and income units. My client base ranges from 1st-time home buyers, corporate executives, teachers, 2nd home-buyers, families and retirees, to active Military and seasoned investors.
