Currently serving as the MH-139 Training System Integrated Product Team Lead, I am leading the development and implementation of a cutting-edge training system for the upcoming UH-1N Huey replacement fleet. My extensive experience in process improvement, strategic problem-solving, and mentorship ensures the efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of both our pilots and crew members. In my previous roles as the Product Support Branch Chief and the Test & Training Resources Lead, I successfully orchestrated and executed a range of complex test and training programs, further cementing my expertise in overseeing critical operations within the Air Force. Leveraging my master's degree in business administration and management, I adeptly align our training system with the strategic objectives and vision of the USAF, ensuring a seamless integration of our efforts with broader organizational goals.
