As a Scrum Master certified young professional with an in-depth knowledge in Agile Project Management and Project Coordination, I’ve contributed to high-impact projects that improve how the business operates, communicates, and delivers value to customers and stakeholders. In my career I have gained experience in Brand and Marketing, Business analytics, Ai and business transformation. I have developed a full brand identity and marketing for a both retail footwear company and educational institution — from logo, brand book, and packaging to in-store design and nationwide brand consistency. During my experience in insurance area, I was involved in transformational program, leveraging my knowledge in project coordination and business analysis. I worked on strategic categorisation and mapping of contact centre KPIs, analysis of operational activity, risk management using the RAID framework, case management processes, and internal communications planning. I contributed to the development of strategic proposals for AI-enabled solutions, acting as a key coordinator between transformation partners and internal digital teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery. I overseeing the transition from legacy systems to a contemporary platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability of all migrated content.
