Over 18 years of professional experience, in which 12 have been in the Consumer Goods product management/development field. Vast experience in product development on emerging markets, as well as in the U.S- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary information to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, and product training- Responsible for reviewing product specifications to ensure that the field forces is kept up to date on new developments regarding competitors products- Act as point of first reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in research to address any issues that may arise- Close liaison with overseas suppliers & factories to ensure quality in both development and production stages- Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan- Responsible for preparing product forecasts, and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at local and interstate warehouse including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines- Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences- Implementation of Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Google AdWords/AdSense, Facebook & Instagram) as well as public relations for the international brand- Implementation and Management of social media presence and SEO software to improve social media reputation, visibility and conversion rates- Development and delivery of marketing and communications strategies for the organization- Undertaking of continuous Marketing analysis, KPIs & Metrics such as RMI & ROI in a competitive environment while keeping a consumer trend mindset.
