I also have extensive experience in customer service, having worked as a customer service representative at Farm Boy Inc. and a logistic team member at Delhivery. In these roles, I consistently delivered outstanding service, handled complaints effectively, and ensured customer satisfaction. Currently, I am applying my customer service skills as a concierge at Condor Security Inc, where I greet and assist visitors, maintain security protocols, and manage administrative tasks.
