Countless conversations that changed everything.With more than 30 years navigating the high-stakes world of sales and marketing for multinational pharmaceutical and medical technology giants - including the frontier territories of medical AI and advanced robotics - I have spent my career at the intersection of science, commerce and the uniquely human. From the boardrooms of South Africa to the corridors of Austria and now rooted in New Zealand, my journey has never been a straight line. And I wouldn't have it any other way.After poking my fingers into market development projects, academic analysis and training programmes stretching across Europe and Africa, I was appointed as Regional Manager for a major MedTech firm in New Zealand in 2023. I know what it takes to re-invent and build a future - whether that future is in Johannesburg, Vienna or Christchurch.Business may be all about CV's, but here's what my CV can't fully capture: someone who is genuinely, almost unreasonably, fascinated by people. My top talent (according to some smart corporate HR tool -)), is Individualization: that rare gift described as seeing exactly what makes others tick, and then figuring out how to bring the right people together. Some would say it's less a skill and more a superpower.Academically grounded in the science of people and organisations, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of the Free State and a Master's in Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA's School of Business Leadership. I bring both the theory and the hard-won miles to everything I do.Living and working across different cultures has taught me something else that no CV can fully express: the immense value of diverse perspectives, stories and ways of thinking. That belief shapes how I connect, lead and contribute at KoruTalent - where understanding people is not just part of the work. It is the work.When I'm not matching humans with humans, I apparently resolve to something referred to as "Input". Defined as a fondness for collecting things - from ideas, insights and last year's conference opening slide, to relationships.
