About Deon Provitt

A blessed, multi talented, highly motivated and driven young man, Deon Provitt has been able to achieve many of his accomplishments in life through hard work and faith. The doors that God has opened up for him has lead him to experience great things and develop a mentality of “You can do anything you put your mind too.” Deon is making a name for himself in multiple facets of the entertainment industry displaying his abilities as an Actor along with performing as a Rapper/Singer. His versatility allows him to bring a different and inspiring sound to the Hip Hop industry. He has a unique sound combined with a stage presence that embodies professionalism and cultured class and he gives his all on stage. That being said, to leave out any defining moments in his life would be doing an unjustice to the blessing that have been bestowed upon him. Born into a family with simalar problems as most, and some areas more than most, Deon took to sports as a means to not only take his mind off of certain negative situations but to use his abilities to help him to increase the financial and econonimic status of himself and his family. Through sports Deon was able to earn his self a full athletic scholarship to Virginia Polytechnic and State University. It was there that Deon would not only be fortunate enough to go to the National Championship as a freshman and play multiple positions in years to come but also develope his writing skills and some of the ideas that influenced some of his most popular songs. After a knee injury sidelined Deon's carreer, D-ProV the artist was born.(D-ProV was just a nick name at the time.) Even though he considered himself an artist D- ProV still tried to manage being in corporate america with an everyday regular job and being an artist. While developing his craft D-ProV did shows all over north east ohio, all through the valley of the Phoenix area, and Atlanta. It's exciting to see what's comes next!
