I am a highly experienced Program Manager in the nonprofit education sector, specializing in strategic planning, program lifecycle management, and team leadership. I have a successful track record of managing programs within nonprofit organizations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering tangible results. My stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making skills have consistently led to impactful outcomes and sustainable growth. As a Program Manager for The Literacy Lab’s Leading Men Fellowship - Milwaukee, I oversaw the recruitment, training, professional development, and performance management of a team of 15+ part-time literacy tutors serving over 100 students across 5 schools. I ensured they delivered high-quality literacy interventions and met program goals and standards of program effectiveness through strategic relationship-building, teamwork, and data analysis, resulting in a 90% retention rate among Fellows and successful partnerships with multiple organizations. At Earlyview Academy of Excellence, I developed a comprehensive curriculum framework and established an inclusive learning environment, improving student engagement and academic performance. I also created and provided video lectures for asynchronous learning, managed multiple Google Classrooms, and gained further experience as an Educational Assistant at Milwaukee Excellence Charter School. I am an Ordained Elder and Director of Biblical Studies. Outside work, I've been happily married for 16 years and am the proud father of three beautiful daughters.
