About Deonte Lovelace

I want to give a brief description of myself and why I am qualified to work for you. I'm originally from Indiana I moved here to Tennessee when I was 19. When I lived in Indiana I work for McDonald's were I became the overnight manager in 4 months. Working there I learn to become very dominant and very very loyal(very loyal) to any employer that I work for and I have to thank my General Manager for teaching me just about everything I know when it comes to customer service and the ins and outs of a Business that's why I love working with people and around people. I'm a leader I'm very competitive especially if there's another business to compete against. I like to take charge when given the opportunity and most important thing I know how to listen. I'm the type of person that loves criticism I would rather be criticized than compliment to me criticism is my compliment. I'm not the type to come to work with an attitude (I understand the domino effect of moods if you have a attitude it can rub off to the next person then next thing you know everyone is in a bad mood, but if your happy and in a good mood then most are too) I always have a smile on my face, I'm the type of person that brings business-to-business, I'm the type that makes the customers feel like there most important person in the world at that point in time in their life. Basically I'm the employee that's all in one I'm that employee that you can mold into whatever you want your employees molded into. All I ask is for at least an interview to prove that I'm better than the rest and can still be a team player(the best that will ever work for you).
