I’m a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Shift Lead with over five years of hands-on experience in quality inspection and manufacturing environments. Currently at Morris Packaging, I’ve worked my way up from a technician role to leading quality assurance efforts on the production floor. In my current role, I manage a team of QC technicians and oversee key responsibilities including internal audits, vendor and customer complaint resolution, scrap and cost tracking (COQ), and sample management. I also play an active role in coaching and mentoring my team, ensuring all members are trained in quality standards, testing procedures, and the use of equipment like gloss meters, spectrometers, and color certification tools. From performing flexographic print checks to organizing SOPs and training programs for both quality and production departments, I thrive in environments where precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement are critical. I’m certified in FTA Quality Inspection, a certified First Responder, and trained to operate forklifts and standup pallet jacks. My career has been built on a strong foundation of adaptability, collaboration, and a passion for helping teams grow. With experience in everything from food processing to medical assembly and inventory management, I bring a unique, well-rounded perspective to quality control and operations leadership.
