Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organisation outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective action. Maintains quality service. Helpdesk support.
