Well, first, it's about being strategic and forward-thinking, while also making sure day-to-day operations hum. I particularly enjoy outlining innovative business strategies, organizational goals, that my team members are capable and excited to achieve. In doing this, I focus on upgrading processes, building efficient teams, and maximizing productivity - even in the face of fast-paced change. Throughout, I keep a close eye on core KPIs, including customer satisfaction, employee retention, business growth and profitability. Here's my bottom line - I lead teams to achieve corporate performance goals, in collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and have consistently been recognized for going above and beyond.
