About Derek Baure

There are many skills I have obtained over my many years: as in multitasking, leadership, and teamwork. I have been educated in various forms of therapeutic modalities, self-defense, and Latin dances. I have held instructional positions in martial arts; specifically Jujitsu, Aikido, and weapons training. With these experiences I have learned to understand the limitation of the human body along with its potential. During my studies at San Jose State University I’ve gained experience testing body density & composition on public clients and commercial clients like the San Jose Earthquakes. My experience also extends to choreography for small and large groups with Latin, hip hop, medley dances. With me on your team I will bring a new and passionate aspect on things. My skills and experiences will add a diverse feel to your company. My passion to help clients to reach their physical activity needs.
