As a versatile Artistic Director and Entertainment Innovator, I seamlessly blend artistic vision with strategic planning and hands-on experience to create immersive, impactful performances. With a BA in Interdisciplinary Art and Performance from Arizona State University and currently pursuing an MA in Theatre at Regent University, my academic background enriches my extensive professional journey. At Wynmoor Community Council Inc, I serve as the Theatre Manager, overseeing daily operations of a 962-seat theatre. I ensure smooth scheduling, operation, and event management for all film screenings, concerts, and events. I specialize in talent scouting, concert programming, and contracting performers, bands, and acts for our weekly concert series. Additionally, I supervise and lead a team of venue staff, develop and manage event budgets, monitor financial performance, and negotiate contracts with acts and booking agents. My role also involves maintaining the theatre's technical aspects, overseeing administrative tasks such as scheduling and payroll, and utilizing theatre management software to streamline operations. I foster a welcoming environment, address patron issues, implement customer feedback, and execute marketing and promotional strategies. During my tenure at Carrollwood Cultural Center, I oversaw all aspects of Artistic Direction for the resident Theatre Company and concert programming as the Entertainment Director, from casting to contracting, ensuring each season offered a compelling blend of productions. At SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment/Busch Gardens, I advanced from Performer/Trainer to Creative Production Assistant, directing and writing for the IAAPA Award-nominated show Critters Inn Charge. I significantly improved project approval ratings for Christmas Town programming and transformed The Santa House Experience into the top guest attraction, showcasing my innovative approach to immersive performance and dedication to excellence. As a Freelance Theatre Producer/Director and Theatrical Consultant, I have cast and directed numerous shows, bringing stories to life with creativity and precision. My experience spans national and international touring shows, regional theatres, and dinner theatres, including performances with Forbidden Broadway.
